PAYMENT OVERVIEW

Many people are cautious when performing financial transactions over the Internet. We truly understand these concerns and carry out our transaction method with full transparency. We are bonded by the Indonesian Government Tourism Law to protect the consumers from potential misuse of their funds. We build in mutual trust with our regular and new customers. We used Telegraph Transfer (TT) or Cash Advance on our payment transaction method as this the easiest form of payment and as this negates the risks associated with this. We however, provide with 2 (two) methods of flexible payment term, customers are encourage to choose the payment term which suit best to them.

Once you confirmed with the trip, You may make payment transaction with 50% deposit via bank transfer (TT), and the balance will have to be paid at least 10 days before your arrival (for company trip or large members of group are encourage to follow this payment term).

Once you confirmed the trip, You may have make payment 50% deposit via bank transfer (TT), and the balance can pay during your arrival by cash term or credit card (NOT applicable for company trip or large members of group).

• If you choose "Half Deposit" payment term, you MUST make full payment at the first day of arrival by cash basis.
• Once you made deposit payment, send us "the copy of bank draft" as a proof of your payment via fax or email. We will inform back once money transfer is concluded.
• All payments are NOT refundable or cancelled the trip, PLEASE ensure your trip plan before you make any payment or booking.
• We reserve the rights to cancel any booking if within 14(fourteen) days from the day you received the pre-invoice you  DO NOT making any payment.
• Changing Schedule of journey - you MUST inform us at least 14 days before your arrival scheduled. Sudden notification is NOT advisable.

- All vacation packages rates are nett, inclusive tax & services (no additional charges).
- The indicated prices and itineraries are subject to change with or without prior notice.
- Surcharge during high seasons (01 July - 30 September & 20 December - 05 January).

• All vacation packages are designed for min. 2 persons and above, for the room capacity is max. 3 people per room, and an extra bed for the third person.
• All vacation package's itinerary will arrange by customers or us, and customers are not allowed for sudden changes or modifications upon arrival.
• All FIT / Small Group trip packages are included guide fee, as our local tour guides speak English. Other language request is subject to our prior confirmation. Additional guide's fee for other language is USD 10 per day.
